Job Description:

–To directly liaise with client and assist client to obtain/verify required CDD data / documents.

–To provide proper advice to client primarily through telephone.

–To conduct searches from approved qualified 3rd party on-line sources

–To ensure CDD documents fulfil SME AML/ CDD Procedures and local requirements for proper AML/CDD control.  All work must be completed in strict adherence to operating manuals without deviations

–To capture accurate CDD information/ documents into eCDD and other required systems

–Exceptional case follow-up as according to the  AML/CDD, such as for non-contactable cases

–Retrieve cases assigned to job holder and keep productivity log updated of completion status

–Provide ad hoc admin support to supervisor such as photocopying, scanning, data entry as assigned
